Payment is not enabled in this preview. The final refund and cancellation policy will be displayed before any customer can subscribe.
Cancellation
The intended model allows subscribers to cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Indicator access remains available until the end of the already-paid period and is then removed.
Billing errors
Duplicate or demonstrably incorrect charges will be investigated and corrected. Customers should contact support with their billing reference.
Digital access
Because the service provides immediate private digital access, the final launch policy may limit refunds after access is granted, except where required by law or where PrimePips cannot provide the purchased access.
Before launch
PrimePips will confirm the payment processor, exact cancellation controls, support contact and final refund window before live billing is activated.
