Terms of Service
These draft terms describe the intended PrimePips subscription model. Payment is not currently enabled and the final terms will be confirmed before launch.
1. The service
PrimePips intends to provide private, invite-only access to TradingView indicators. Access is linked to the TradingView username submitted by the subscriber and remains available only while the subscription is active.
2. Subscription
The proposed founding price is USD49 per month. Once live billing is connected, subscriptions will renew monthly until cancelled. The billing date, processor and cancellation controls will be shown clearly before payment.
3. TradingView access
Subscribers must provide an accurate TradingView username. PrimePips will never request a TradingView password. Access may be delayed if a username is incorrect or cannot be found.
4. No financial advice
PrimePips provides software tools, not personalised financial advice. Indicators do not guarantee profitable trades and do not remove the risk of loss.
5. Acceptable use
Access is personal and may not be resold, shared, copied, reverse engineered or used to provide unauthorised access to another person.
6. Changes
Product specifications and these draft terms may change before launch. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect.
